Hi SBI PO mains exam aspirant, SBI PO Mains is the second phase of the SBI Probationary Officer (PO) exam, conducted by the State Bank of India (SBI) to recruit candidates for the position of Probationary Officer (PO) in its various branches across India. Candidates who clear the SBI PO Prelims exam are eligible to appear for the Mains exam, which is the next stage of the recruitment process.
The SBI PO Mains exam comprises both objective and descriptive questions, and the exam duration is 3 hours and 30 minutes. The objective test consists of 155 questions divided into four sections - Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language. The descriptive test consists of two sections - Letter Writing and Essay Writing. The objective test is scored out of 200 marks, while the descriptive test is scored out of 50 marks.
