Introduction
Ethics in Business: One of the important branches of applied ethics is Business ethics. Value based procedures to organizations is one of the general application of Business Ethics. Business ethics refers to the moral principles and standards and a code of conduct that businessmen are expected to monitor while doing business with others. Business essentially is a means of society to use scarce resources to produce in an efficient manner those goods and services which society wants and is willing to pay for. Organizations must balance their desire to earn as much profits as possible against the needs of stakeholders. Ethical practices of enterprise with regards to its stakeholders in particular and natural environment in general is one of the significant issues in business ethics.
